Terms of Use for GestureOS

By downloading, accessing, or using GestureOS, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

1. Use of the App

GestureOS provides system automation, custom gesture controls, and a Bulk Dialer utility. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You strictly must not:

  • Misuse the Bulk Dialer: Use the Bulk Dialer feature to engage in illegal telemarketing, spamming, harassment, robocalling, or violating any local Do-Not-Call (DNC) registries.
  • System Abuse: Attempt to bypass the app's premium feature paywalls or reverse-engineer the API synchronization endpoints.
  • Unauthorized Access: Use the app to access, launch, or manipulate other applications on a device without the device owner's explicit consent.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain advanced features (like unlimited custom gestures, Excel import, and the Bulk Dialer) require a paid subscription.

Subscription Terms

  • Payment will be charged to your selected payment method (via Razorpay) or your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Users can manage and cancel subscriptions through the GestureOS App, our web portal, or Apple Account Settings.
  • Switching to a new subscription tier will automatically cancel and replace any previously active subscriptions on your account.

3. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, UI designs, and backend architecture are the property of GestureOS and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without explicit written permission.

4. Device Permissions

GestureOS requires explicit OS-level permissions (such as Contacts, Phone, Storage, Camera/Flashlight, and Android System Overlays) to function. By granting these permissions, you acknowledge that GestureOS will execute actions (like making phone calls or launching apps) automatically upon recognizing your configured drawn gestures.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including accidental phone calls made via gestures, unintended application launches, or consequences arising from the use of the Bulk Dialer feature.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the app and its cloud-sync services if users violate these terms, particularly regarding the misuse of the Bulk Dialer feature.
